Every Delhi-ite here, dreams of basic needs and a crime free city. The people keep debating on such issues.
But as a resident of this city, I feel only debating won't help. We should help those who indeed are in need.
Nowadays, in a metropolitan city like Delhi, everyone is running after money and has forgotten all values. I request the young generation of the city to be generous and help the needy without any bias.
So that, when you are in trouble, others also help you without any second thoughts.
